Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


REQUIREMENTS:

Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to support@avenorclothes.com including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Product you need to return or exchange
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect

We will then review your request and provide you with the return address.

Never send the return to the sender. We will send you the correct address after your request has been approved. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused, and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


RETURN SHIPPING:

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. CHARGES APPLY.

Please use registered mail with an online tracking number for returns. If the returned order cannot be tracked during transit, safe reception cannot be guaranteed by us. We appreciate your understanding.

In the following cases, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item:

Incorrect order:

If you ordered the wrong product or incorrect size, you must pay the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose a refund, we will refund the original product price only.

Unwanted item:

If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return.


REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
